ドイツのハンドメイド「メタル」フレーム”MYKITA”の製造用工具の写真をご紹介させていただきます。

This time I’ll show you MYKITA’s hand-craft tools and machines.

カール・ベングトソンはストックホルム出身のスウェーデン人フォトグラファーで、
おもにモードや広告関係の写真を専門にしている。
MYKITAの本のために彼は、機械や工具を撮影した。
これらを用いて特殊鋼のメタルフレームがハンドメイドで作られていたのだ。
「古いオーソドックスな工具を用いて新しい最先端のアイウェアが作られるというコントラストに魅了された。
ここでは過去が現在と出会い、伝統が受け継がれている。MYKITAの仕事は素晴らしい」
